Here is a card I made for my three year old boy for his birthday.  Thought I would share with all of you.  I used Echo Park paper Dots and Stripes and the sticker sheet.  I used  an EK Success border punch and my spellbinders star and label.  I embossed the blue label behind the star with a cuttlebug embossing folder.  I stitched some lines using some yellow thread.
